This is an intermediate BUSY Business workshop focused on using AI to sharpen customer strategy and marketing.
Participants will learn to identify ideal customers and their motivations, use AI to create detailed customer personas, build a customer AI agent, map full-funnel messages and generate more relevant marketing ideas and content. The workshop is delivered in person in Nundah, Brisbane, through the Australian Government Digital Solutions program.
