Velg Training Focus Week: Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Velg Training's focus week on AI is a five-day series of professional development webinars (one webinar per day), designed to build practical knowledge, capability and confidence in the use of artificial intelligence across the VET sector.
Throughout the week, participants will explore the AI landscape from multiple perspectives, classroom practice, assessment design, leadership strategy and organisational productivity. Each session is grounded in real-world application and designed to move beyond theory into practical implementation.
Across the five days, participants will:
- Explore how generative AI can enhance learning and student engagement
- Identify practical tools to support training delivery and assessment development
- Redesign assessment tasks to support authentic and ethical AI use
- Develop leadership strategies that balance innovation with compliance and integrity
- Learn about applying AI to improve productivity, decision-making and team performance
