This activity lets your team identify gaps, clarify responsibilities and agree on what to do next. 

This activity is a series of guided tabletop exercises.

You’ll work through realistic scenarios where something goes wrong when using AI. With your team, discuss what you would do and what needs to change.

This activity is useful if your organisation:

• is using or planning to use AI tools
• wants to improve risk and governance practices
• needs to prepare teams to respond to AI issues.

You don’t need technical knowledge. A mix of roles works best. 

Follow these steps to run the activity:

• Download the materials – get the facilitator guide and scenario slides.
• Choose a scenario – pick one that reflects how your organisation is using AI.
• Run the session – work through the scenario as a team.
• Capture actions – identify gaps and agree on what to do next.
